Hobbity Homestead

Much better pictures of the new abode. There are a few glimpses of the house. It is buried into a hillside and camouflaged in greenery.

We inherited a peach tree that is awesome so we planted a fruit trees all around it to make a small orchard. Peaches, cherries, pears, blueberries, and fig.

Refugees from the old beach road. They are all planted now.

Thanks Nanne. We are having a lot of fun with this place. It needed a lot of work which is why we got such a good price on it. I kind of like that the woods are all overgrown. I like the wildness of it and no trespassers as a bonus!

This house is very me. To be in the middle of everything and everyone was just not me. Some kind of animal attacked my compost bin last night and took it apart. I love that. I love being right on the edge of all that wild life.
