I wish I knew more about them. I’ve found pictures of instruments for sale now and then, but not much actual information. The vintage stella banjo ukes seem to be worth something if they are in good condition, although I don’t think I’ll part with mine.

There is a book called The Stella Guitar Book which includes the banjo ukes. I haven’t had my hands on a copy yet. It’s a bit pricey.

I’d love to find a wooden case like the one in this photograph.

I can not remember where it came from. It has the stella name on the back of the cross bar. The bridge is missing and the nut is worn. Do you have any info on the history of the stella banjo-uke?
